He has served the Church in many ways. He has served congregations in South St. Paul, Minnesota, Merrill, Wisconsin, Pinehurst, Texas, and Crockett, Texas. Judy Limpert, Precious Pebbles Preschool Director and Church Administrator

Judy Limpert is Precious Pebbles Preschool director and the church administrator.  She taught at Precious Pebbles Preschool for the past 11 years.  She graduated from Dr Martin Luther College of New Ulm, MN with a Bachelor of Science degree in education. She has taught in Milwaukee, WI and here in Rochester at Little Lambs Preschool. She also was a licensed daycare provider for five years. Judy and her husband, Pastor Jeff, have been blessed with six children.

Anne Hagglund, Resurrection Lutheran School Teacher

In 2007, I was called to join the Christ Our Rock family and serve on the Preschool Committee. I also enjoy assisting with Christmas for Kids, Easter for Kids, and can also be seen playing music from a computer for Sunday morning services.  I also head up our summer Rock Solid Sports Camp.

I grew up in North Saint Paul, MN with my outgoing and caring parents (Denny and Linda), hard working and caring older sister (Becky) and adventurous younger brother (Mike). After high school graduation at St. Croix Lutheran, I attended Bethany Lutheran for one year and then transferred to Martin Luther College.

I spent the first four years out of college teaching English to high school students in China where I learned just how big the world is out there.  This experience changed my life in many ways but my favorite was having the opportunity to see how incredibly valuable my Christian education was (still is!) and in watching the Holy Spirit at work. The people there (and around the world!) are hungry to know about God.  I am currently enjoying my ninth year of service as the fourth grade teacher at Resurrection.

In my spare time, I enjoy cooking, shopping, watching football (I bleed purple and gold), basketball, and playing softball. I also love to read, which comes in handy as I'm pursuing my Masters degree in Family Life Education. I’m really enjoying the things that I’m learning and it's fun being able to apply that knowledge back into my classroom.

God has richly blessed us here in Rochester!  I am a member of Christ Our Rock Lutheran Church and enjoy my time helping with their children’s programs and connecting in God's Word with my brothers and sisters in Christ.

One of my favorite Bible passages:  “For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will (EVER) be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.”  Romans 8:38, 39

Heather Luepke, Preschool Lead Teacher

Heather Luepke is our Preschool Teacher. She was born and raised here in Rochester. She attended Resurrection                    Lutheran School for grade school and then Century High School.

Heather graduated from Martin Luther College in 2006 with a degree in Elementary Education with an emphasis in           German and is state licensed to teach K-8. After graduating, she married her husband, Scott, in June of 2006. They           lived in Mankato for about a year and a half while Scott earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting before they                 moved to Rochester.

Between graduating from Martin Luther College and receiving the call to teach at Christ Our Rock, Heather                       worked at Kwik Trip, Inc. in Mankato and Rochester, and then she worked at Mayo Clinic.

Heather and Scott have been blessed with three sons: Isaiah, Micah and Jonah.
